Super 8 Motel - Liverpool /Clay/Syracuse Area

This hotel has the flattest, oldest pillows I have ever encountered at a hotel. AC heater unit made clunky noises all night. Drapes were missing rod parts and looked like a ghetto curtain, streaming in pockets of the street light on your face as you lay in bed, my daughter had to clip it shut with clips from pants hangers out of the closet. The continental breakfast was ravaged through by a hungry pack of man-pig-guests by 8 am and was not replenished for other travelers. I witnessed a mother with 3 small children complain about no milk/OJ/kid cereals, she was told to have her 2 toddlers and infant split the last donut. I have stayed there 3 times in the last 5 years, but will never stay again. Poorest treatment of a female guest/mother that I have ever seen. Worst night of sleep I ever had at a hotel. Staff inattentive and unconcerned about needs of guests, curtains not maintained, pillows should be donated to SPCA as dog beds, AC needs overhaul. ...read more

Poor service, poor transportation, dirty surroundings and room I was very disappointed.

I really like this hotel. The room was very big and spacious, we actually spent alot of time in the room, but for the price it was good.

We only stayed one night and this is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. The hotel made some wonderful improvements since our last stay a couple years ago. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and comfortable. Overall, we had a nice stay ...read more
